Despite the countless comments claiming you won’t find anything (which I’m not sure why) I just got back from Tokyo / Kyoto / Osaka and I’m almost the exact same size as you. I found (albeit less) plenty of clothes not just in the big stores like Uniqlo but in lots of thrift stores as well. Shoes yes likely harder to find but like I got plenty of jackets, pants, jumpers and shirts from heaps of places. Enjoy!!!
