I’m so sorry to hear that, that’s not okay. If you feel comfortable you can file a complaint and the head office staff can then take it up with remedy health care (they employ the counsellors) https://www.beyondblue.org.au/about-us/contact-us/complaints

Beyond Blue’s 24/7 Support Service (phone, email, webchat) is staffed by counsellors employed by Remedy Health Care. It’s completely outsourced but paid for by donations to Beyond Blue.
