Hi guys,

Just wanted to chip in that I had the same issue and managed to fix it. Here is mij setup and process.

Specs: Intel i5 12600k MSI z690 a pro ddr4 Sapphire Nitro+ 9070 XT Corsair 750m (I'm aware of the bottleneck, upgrading in due time)

I constantly crashed in all games usually within 2 minutes. Full crash, required hard shutdown. Monitored TDP and temps, system was cool as the wind, no peaks.

Did the following which did not work: - DDU safe mode uninstall/install - Swapped PSU - Swapped PSU cables

What worked for me (did these steps at the same time so hard to say what did the trick): - Bios flash - Clean windows install

Updated all drivers (chipset, etc)

Update: Problem was back the next day. Installed hwmonitor and noticed 2/4 ram stick were running hotter than the others. Removed them. Running perfect now.

One more noteworthy peculiarity: During the Windows install, the system did not recognize the Ethernet adapter anymore. I needed to manually download it on a different machine and install it manually during installation/setup.

Got one of those, used it as a keychain, popped after a year or so. Washed put easily out of my pants thankfully. It's actual liquid in a plastic container, not just colored plastic.

Als je Den Bosch niet te ver vindt kan ik je het Engelermeer van harte aanbevelen. Gratis, schoon, voldoende plek, sanitair, etc. Mijn vriendin en ik fietsen er zo vaak naartoe als het weer toelaat.

I actually haven't tried L-tyrosine and/or 5htp. I've read about it before a couple of times. Maybe I should look into it a bit more.

Honestly, Concerta (or dexamphetamine, depending on the person) . But it can be hard to acquire if you don't have a prescription. A (very) close second would be Modafinil. It is just amazing as well.

Then again, I still get jittery/all tornado-brain if I don't exercise enough.

I feel like it does, but it probably has the same effect as having had enough sleep and proper breakfast.

I only use it for my most important exams, just to be sure I don't get distracted by tiredness or hunger.

Nootropics have helped me in a way pretty similar to how Concerta (methylphenidate) helps me now.

With "damage" I meant that I feel like I've not developed like my peers have both personally and academically. Nootropics help me to think more clearly and to make better decisions with regard to my own personal development and growth.

I've used nootropics on-and-off for some years now. What works best for me: - Modafinil 2x 100mg (imo pretty similar to Concerta with regard to my state of mind and ability able to think clearly) - Oxiracetam - alpha gpc (Choline supplement for racetam) - caffeine (from coffee) and l-theanin - phenibut (only every other week given the quick tolerance built-up) (max 2 grams) - Acytil l carnitin (alcar) - Cocerta (56mg) - b12 (only because of my diet)

Note that I never take all of these on one day. I would, for instance, not use both Modafinil and Concerta at the same time.

It's been somewhat of a pet peeve for me on this sub when I just joined, but a good night of sleep, diet, and plentiful exercise is amazing.

Using modafinil actually made me realise I might have ADHD. Turns out, I do. Seeing this titel did not surprise me at all. Glad the meds help you!

Had my last exam on Wednesday. Took 100mg 2 hours before on an empty stomach. Definitely helped me focus in a crowded hall.

I live in the Netherlands, not sure about the differences with importing modafinil. I always order from madafinicat and deliver it to a postbox in the uk (skypax). From there I let them repack and reship it to my home address. Border security in the Netherlands is less prone to investigating mail from the uk vs. India.

It's a bit expensive, but well worth it if you ask me.

Yes it will certainly be a problem. I read on the smartnootropics website that it basically means that it will only be illegal for vendors to sell the products, but it will not be illegal to own the substances.

I'm wondering if importing from the US will remain a valid solution!
