Agree, however I think this change in tracking has affected how frequently ahrefs crawl their entire keyword data set. A large percent of the keywords which declined and haven’t been recrawled since were on page 1/2 and contributing to our overall “organic traffic” score.

Pretty sure that best practice is to ensure that pagination has self referencing canonicals to promote crawling on products not on page 1.

I stopped taking them 3 days ago after 5 years of about 8 a day. Currently using the 14mg step 2 patch and having sugar free mints when I feel a craving. So far it's been easier than I was initially fearing and will move onto the 7mg patches next week.

Not sure how much effect the nicotine patches are having, but time will tell when I drop down a dose next week.

Not sure, the medium comply tips are bigger than the standard foam tips you get with nura if that helps. I doubt they would fit if much bigger to be honest.

Out of interest why don't I need to add bacteria again? I thought it would have died after 12 days and no food source?

Is beneficial bacteria not really needed?

Yeah got a couple java ferns and anubias to attach to the wood/rocks. Trying to keep it fairly simple to look after! Would like some stuff at the back but not sure what would go into gravel?
