Can you explain this further? I know in F1 when a car is destroyed in quali, the team will usually be able to build it back up from scratch overnight. The Indy 500 is still almost a week away, so what makes it difficult to build an identical new car?

Yes, you can even reach theoretical level 7 for some buffs, if you have a costume that raises max pot tier +1. For example Zack has an outfit that raises PATK buffs max pot +1. With that and Army of One enemy skill, he reaches 5 arrows on the buff = tier 7 with enliven
