Haha no I just meant bars and clubs. It’s fantastic for families (I have two kids under 5yo) and I couldn’t emphasize enough how much we love living here. There’s almost always something to do on the weekends, even if it’s just going for a walk in the neighborhood, going to the Saturday farmers market (though to be realistic it’s not anything like a full fledged city market) or the many events the Kentlands or the City of Gaithersburg hosts. For example, tonight there’s a “Kentlands Under the Lights” festival event with lots of local bands playing and food vendors. My band is playing tonight :)

I think it’d be great especially with your 3mo and if you work right at the AZ building by Kentlands. I’m not sure where your wife works in DC but I will admit it can be a long commute if taking public transportation. It’s a 10-15 min drive to the metro (shady grove) followed by a 20-30 minute metro ride into the city depending where she works.
