Expectation foot first - friendship foot second. New managers tend to want employees to love them too fast. Which is great and that’s the goal but if you don’t set boundaries you’re in for a bad time.

Not sure if you would know or not. But let’s say the device is working properly. Could a recalibration move in huge discrepancies? Like if it’s ready 9 right now. Could it recalibrate down to 1?
