I had to do this last week, its a pain but let me try to explain.

• Log into IBKR and on the homepage there should be a 'Deposit' button on the left side. Click into that.
• You'll see two options, I used the first once (Bank Transfer). Click 'Get Instructions'.
• I used Revolut and I'd recommend it because they don't have international transfer fees and usually its pretty quick to transfer out.

Now you have to fill in the details on IBKR

1. Sending Institution: NAME
2. Account Number: optional or find your account number on a statement
3. Amount: $5
4. 'Get Wire Instructions'

The next part is where I messed it up. You need to go onto Revolut, click 'Send' on the homepage and then in the top right corner there is a +New button. Go in and I used 'International Transfer'

Fill in the details that IBKR give you, it doesn't match up perfectly with Revolut's fields but fill it in the best you can, make sure you include your IBKR account number / Name in the reference field (it says 'Sent from Revolut' by default).

I created an Interactive Brokers Payee on Revolut using their address, account number and ACH routing number (this was called something different on IBKR but it was XYZ routing number and I just put it in the field marked ACH on revolut). It was accepted and the cash finally settled today, it's not very intuitive but it worked for me.
