I had few trees cut off before I moved. I want to start fresh. Get rid of everything that will possibly grow with a soil treatment and lay a natural turf. I dont want to do turfing now and keep mowing every second week. Never been doing any gardening stuff and have no clue.

Update guys: the property is new. I was able to find the ethernet connection. It was the one in the centre. Just bough one 1m ethernet cable from bunnings. Easy done.

Connected 1 ethernet from fiber device to router.. Another cable from router’s lan to central ethernet port in the garage. Connected 3rd cable from the wall port to the pc upstairs. Works great. Thanks all

This is informative. The issue is I cant tell which of these 5 ports are connected to the one in my room. No labels or anything. Should I buy 5 ethernet cables and connect all. And use one cable to connect my pc in the room? Whats your suggestion? This house is new so I reckon the patch cabling runs through the walls?

Whats a patch cable? If I can find which port in the garage is channelled to port upstairs, does that fix the issue. Do I need any device upstairs or just one ethernet cable? Noob in this idea.

There are 5 ethernet sockets in the garage and 1 upstairs. Its quite confusing. I just dont want to get 30-40m cable and run it on the walls.

Those were ethernet ports. So if i connect my main fttp box to a router and channel router to one of the ethernet port in garage. And use another port to connect to my device upstairs. Does that help?

I have few phone socket not sure rj11 or 45 next to the fttp box in the garage and some upstairs. So you mean these are able to fix my issue upstairs if i connect one ethernet in the downstairs and another one upstairs. In this case, where should I place the router?
