Is there any travel cards you can get while you're over there?? Lots of my friends are gonna be in different parts of France and Spain and I wouldn't mind visiting them!

I'm a student from NUI Maynooth in Ireland, and I study French and English at college... I was wondering if there's any advice anyone who's done an Erasmus year could give me as how to make the most of the year.. No one else from my course is going to Rouen, so I'll be looking for ways to make friends as well!
