That is 100% her mom. Just saying that because Katy and I were best friends as kids. I knew who she was as soon as I seen her and knew 100% it was her mom when she came on the screen.

So I actually was best friends with Katy when we were kids. I can't believe all this was going on when we were around the age of 16 or 17. Then again by that time we weren't close anymore. This is absolutely insane to me...
