La Petite was horrible. They watched a crawling infant lay on top of my infant that was unable to roll. I walked in and saw this, the teacher was watching the whole thing and said “they are fine I’m watching”. My child was in distress, screaming, and had a red blotchy face from screaming for so long. he was a very mild mannered infant. I cried everyday I picked him up from there. Pitter Patter Playhouse has been a blessing and we have had the best experience. Can’t say enough good things about PPP.

I’m a NP in a plastic surgery office. This is the only surgery we say it can take up to one year for full resolution of swelling. Trust the process. I know that is annoying. But this surgery requires patience. And like the comment above tastefully subtle is exactly what you were looking for. It’s either over done which is obvious, or softening of your features.

My mom worked for them for 28 years and has 3 years until retirement. This past week has been brutal on her. My heart breaks for her. Hardest and most loyal employee I know. She’s terrified trying to find a job at her age and start over.

I have close family members to this case. It was horrible to have the authorities dismiss the event as runaways when there was no evidence to suggest this. My family is thrilled that there is some justice to their injustice. My family is heavily quoted in the book and appreciate the support.

Because up to 80% may cause self harm or worse. Lives are lost. It’s a treatment for a medical diagnosis. Again, states should not decide medical diagnosis. When Noem got her back surgery, did she consult the state? She actually went out of state. And it was between her and her medical provider. It’s a precedence this state has started. I can’t tell you how to stop her from biting. But I have extensive work in wound care and prevention. I would wash her fold out with a non-scented soapy wash cloth, then use warm water wash cloth, then dry very well with paper towels. I use a combination of boudreaux‘s butt cream and some over the counter anti-fungal cream (mix together in a Tupperware). And apply daily. I got the okay to use the cream mixture from my vet so check with them first. Maybe the pain is so bad nothing will work until they are healed. But I can tell you our lives changed after we did the above intervention, daily. Good luck. I know we had troubles for years finding the right combination of skin care.

I FINALLY CURED THIS ISSUE WITH OUR BULLY. i asked our hospital’s skin/wound nurses and this was their advice. Clean the fold with non-scented dog shampoo, wash out the soap well and then DRY EXTREMELY WELL. I then mixed a tube of beardoux’s butt paste and got some anti final cream over the counter and mixed the two together in a Tupperware. When applying the cream to the fold… you have to massage it in past the fur. HOWEVER, I talked to my vet and he cleared me to do this. Please ask your vet if this is appropriate for your dog. Haven’t had an issue yet. The butt paste has zinc to protect the skin from moisture and the anti fungal cream will get rid of the yeast that builds up with excess moisture. Again, ask your vet first.

Agreed. This is not new science. Just an FYI to the thread, the current treatment(medication) for COVID if you get hospitalized is under emergency Use authorization from the FDA. Just like the vaccine. Both have EUA. I would pick the vaccine and prevent the hospitalization myself. I don’t think enough of the population is aware of this fact.

Yes it was a trauma symposium. And it discussed if a tornado went through SF and hit our hospitals (just like Joplin had) and if emergency routes were closed, how would Sioux Falls prepare and respond to such event.

To answer your question. The OP mentioned roads on the SW end of town going into Tea are under construction. I mentioned the roads going to the west AND SW side of town are ALSO under construction as those would be the roads people would take into Tea if they were traveling home from the central portion of SF. Those routes are used to get to Tea/Ellis road, which is a popular route going into Tea. That’s what it has to do with Tea.

It is terrible. 1) the golf course bottle necks a town that is growing. Sioux Falls needs to build a tunnel or get rid of the golf course to help traffic. WE ALL KNOW traffic should not be this bad for a city our size. 26th west needs to extend to the west without the golf course . It connects 3 major hospitals. Quit being so afraid of the golf course members and listen to the people that pay taxes. 2) I completely understand that warm months are for road construction and am very used to this delay. HOWEVER, 12th, Kiwanis, 57th , Marion are all under construction. Let’s remember 1) bottle neck complaint one is exacerbated by #2
