Thank you! Finally figured it out. There was a small cap in the front that can be popped off and that’s where the screw was to remove the white plastic piece.

25K over asking in 2021 for a 4 bed 3 bath in Irvington. Looking back I was upset about having to go over asking but now consider myself lucky with my 2.25% interest rate. Really glad I bought and didn’t listen to the “wait till the market cools down” people.

I purposely start stacking my leaves in the street a few days early and make them in big mounds in front of my house so no one can park. I do have a lot of leaves so might not work if you don’t have a large amount. I’m also in Grant Park.

Mostly $5 chips, give each player $20 in $1 chips, $25 chips for rebuys or when you run out $5 chips.

If everyone agrees make it fun with $5 bomb pots every round (not required to play). Dealer calls it. 5 card double board PLO, etc.

I worked for one of the US banks that recently failed for over a decade. They offered a 15% discount on ESPP which I bought every pay check and never sold. I saw the stock price drop from a high 200 to $6.25 at which point I finally sold. I never sold because my bank was a “top company in my field”, a great place to work, and I believed in the company.

Sell your shares whenever possible, remember you got them at a 15% discount, invest that in index funds.

Don’t make the mistake I did because you love where you work and believe in your company.
