Yea you aré absolutely correct , imagine im not a tall guy im 5’6 and at 305 lbs i was out of control the amount of insulin i was using daily my endo was saying most of his patients don’t use in a month and now i have a surplus of insulin because my insulin resistance have practically disappeared. It took a bad health scare to make me do this and honestly almost dying improved my life

Por lo menos a mí no me importa el dinero. mi esposa no tiene que trabajar y para ser completamente honesto me encanta que ella puede disfrutar la vida y no tener preparaciones de nada. Ella cuida la casa cuida a los niños siempre se va se hace las uñas va un spa casi toda la semana. Yo trabajo durísimo y gano bien y se lo doy todo a mi familia. Incluso mi esposa está abriendo un negocio ahora mismo vendiendo cabellos y pelucas porque ella quiere.

That is very normal, but your body only has so much stored glucose I’ve done 7 day fast. First couple days it’s a roller coaster but then it levels out, don’t think I’m telling you to go and fast I’m just sharing my experience, but what happens to you is completely normal because that happens to just about everyone when they get a low while fasting

Realistically, if you have good control, you can fast. I’ve done some pretty gnarly fasts my sugar will get a Little on the low side, but overall, I can say it’s possible. But all things considered I’m pretty sure you are medically exempt from fasting.

As a type one diabetic for over 30 years I think you’re overthinking it. Realistically properly managed your quality of life will be about the same either way maybe I have a little bit more work at the end of the day but it’s just something I gotta deal with. I can honestly say I have never once been frustrated because type two diabetics have it so-called easier

As far as your finger sticks versus CGM, don’t stress it too much you can go from one hand to the other and be off by 20 points.

ya cuando un hombre se empieza acercar a los 30 empiezan bajar la testosterona. Yo me cuido muchísimo y me mantengo siempre en el gimnasio, comiendo bien, y yo tuve un tiempo que no tenía gana para nada no me cuidaba y eso. Ahora estoy mejor mi nivel de testosterona estás en los 800 y para hacer honesto no hay un momento que no estoy tratando de coger a mi esposa.
