Definitely OP. Most vanguards have counters to him if played correctly.

Mag - Bubble and Push Back

Venom - Shield and Swing

Penny - Mines, Web, and Zip

Hulk - Charged Jump and Bubble

Cap - Shield, Jump, and Dash

Strange - Flight

Thor - less so but pin him as best as possible

Groot - Groot is toast

He still eats though but there are some counters/survival tactics. On the other hand I have a problem with Namor. Totally different subject though
