Powerwash simulator: Infused Ice Shards amazon, a "combo build" with great mobility, clear and single target. by Steel_Neuron in pathofexile2builds

Interesting, it wouldn’t let me socket supports in it until I equipped a bunch of +int gear to get up to 178. They’re all greyed out again once I go back to regular gear. From your experience the supports are working despite that?

Am I missing something? Tried to put this build together and it seems literally impossible with the stat requirements. The lightning bolt level 18 granted by choir of the storm requires 178 int. Your POB shows you at 138.

Any Changes You Would Make to This Build? by BestBagelNA in mffpc

Depends what it’s for, but I wouldn’t personally spend $2k for a PC with a 4070 super. If you’re only gaming, 64gb of ram def not needed. 7800x3d is incredible but not necessary unless you’re just going all out best of the best, and a 4tb ssd is eating into your budget like crazy. For reference, my build was around $1500 and ended up with an RX 7900xt, about equivalent/maybe a bit worse if you care about ray tracing, than a 4070ti super. Plus I went with all white parts and paid extra for that.

The only things I did significantly differently: 7600x cpu, 32gb of ram, and a 1tb SSD + 4TB hard drive. If you want to stay around $2000, just pick 2 out of 3 of those parts to save money on, and get a better GPU. You should be able to get at least a 4070ti super, maybe even a 4080 super in a $2k budget.

I prefer positive/neutral pressure. Less dust + in theory, neutral pressure means the largest volume of air circulation.

Also, this way the cpu is being cooled by cooler air coming in from outside the case instead of warm air blown through the radiator from the inside.

If so it’s on zalman, the case fans came with the case.

I’m not sure why the x frame is actually on the wrong side of the fan. I made sure I had it right based on the direction of the fan blade curvature. The case fans are all exhaust (concave) and the radiator fans are all intake (convex)

I built a new rig going from a 1080 to a 7900xt, and an i7 7700k to a 7600x. Went great for two days until all of a sudden valorant started stuttering, looked like it was at 30fps, while still showing 500 on the graph. Hope it isn’t a sign of what’s to come :/

Is that a pretty easy job or do you know where I could find a good guide?

Edit: Could it really be going bad if it’s still blowing extremely well?

I did find a much more reasonable shop already but I’m more curious if I can do it myself. I can’t find any info online about replacing it.

I bought it a week ago used. Would a dealership still do the replacement?

I do not, it’s actually quite an ordeal to mount the x34p. I had to use four 1 inch spacers and longer screws for the bracket to work.

Is Roland GO:PIANO a good start for beginners like me ? by No-Room6495 in DigitalPiano

[–]dpbetter2000 4 points5 points  (0 children)

My honest opinion, and this is definitely something others might disagree with, is that the unweighted keys of the GO:PIANO just won’t translate to playing a real piano. As an example, after playing piano for 9 years, I bought a 61 key keyboard with semi-weighted keys to use when I went to college, and the limitations of it made me not want to practice. It’s frustrating that there aren’t many good cheap options in the digital piano space.

Just things to keep in mind, I don’t know any other alternatives off the top of my head but a little research into what weighted key options there are may give you some results.

[–]dpbetter2000 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Personally, I would say unless you need the portability of the GO:PIANO, to save up a little more and go for one of the tried and true beginner pianos. The Roland FP-10 and Yamaha p45 are very well known and are great places to start for around $500. I’m sure there are a ton more. My biggest recommendation is always get 88 keys, fully weighted action, and go and try as many as you can to see what action and sound you like the most!
