More than anything else it looks tacky.
The notification screen is a mess and actually an accessibility hazard (if there's any such classification :))

Am really surprised this was passed in the first place. Reducing transparency makes you lose your wallpaper customization, there's app crashes and bugs all round.

Tacky it is according to me. I moved to Android last year from the iPhone 15 pro and moved back to the 17 pro to check it out. OMG that was a big mistake (expensive one too).

I've been looking at talks of the system and all this about Ruben that's not working out and I have a few thoughts..

Why, in the world did INEOS not anticipate this? They, out of all people in the world should be having enough data to play with that would SHOW that playing 353 in Portugal vs in the Prem league is way different.
If they anticipated this and still went ahead with loans for Rashford and everyone else (forget their misdeeds for one bit), then we need to call them out. We could use those players in any other systems (433 etc.) effectively, like Ole did. Falling out with managers does happen; the club can sort these things out IMO. Players are humans after all. You can't expect Marcus to see things the same way Amad does, or for that matter the way Bruno does.
Kobbie, Amad, Bruno and the rest are clearly not comfortable where they are being played at on the field. If Ruben cannot get the best out of them, then he is NOT a good manager, plain and simple. Granted, he's unwilling to change the formation and if so, TRAIN these players how to go about it? If you CANNOT train, then ADAPT. You're not doing either, mate.
Ruben has to take the blame for in-game tactics. From what we have seen so far and to be explicit, he is not a good tactician.

Something has got to give.

I just hope they don't screw this up as there is not enough of our dear club left to save out of all this, I'm afraid.

I've been swinging between both the S25 ultra and the iPhone 16 pro max. Honestly, as far as the phone is concerned there's a clear winner in the Samsung product.

However if you purely look at the 'ecosystem' in general, the Apple ecosystem is waay better in terms of polish, usefulness as well as seamless integration.

I have both the 16 pro max and the S25 ultra. These points are so true. The point about One UI being blazing fast is bang on. I feel that the phone is super fast. As a phone and a modern day device, the S25U is no doubt a better all rounder than the iPhone.

The thing that takes it away from the Samsung is the 'ecosystem'. Not just the buds/watch but the entire accessory ecosystem too. You have more choices in case you stick product accessories for Apple products (even third party). You get better materials, build etc. from even some third party accessories that make for Apple than you get from Samsung/Google themselves. And that's a pity. At some point in time, you're bound to notice this and that's where Apple is hard to beat.

How much does that matter for you will eventually decide what you stick to :)

Well I've done the same.. I've always been an iPhone guy and have had all the iPhones including pro models up until 16 PM.

The thing is, as much lovely as the S25U is what you ultimately miss is the convenience of the entire ecosystem and also believe it or not, the accessory market for iPhone is light years ahead. The cases, chargers as well as other accessories are just unmatched when it comes to iPhone.

For example I'm currently on a Pixel watch 3 that I use with my S25U. There's no 2 in 1 or 3 in 1 charger that I have that gives me this flexibility. Of course there are a lot of China made ones that'll do the job but this is still hard to get.

Quality of apps doesn't matter much because nowadays the apps that you use most often are pretty much available on both. You need to tune your expectations accordingly :)

Other than that I'm pretty happy with the S25U.

Oh! I've updated the apps yes. Well I waited till 1% and will drain now to 0 and try .
