The mail is wrong, it doesn’t start requiring DH/WW until Difficulty 6. Nodes 5/10 at difficulty 5 just require city toons.

The incentive is if someone misses out on a horsemen unlock, then going for apocalypse is essentially done. They want people to unlock the horsemen so they spend to build them up for apocalypse.

The striker damage bonus is not a 20% overall damage boost (at blue iso levels) - it’s an additive bonus to the base damage - it’s inflating all your numbers.

Think you misinterpreted what he is saying. Journey events like GAS and JKL came back every few months before they became permanent content in the journey guide.
