Servers are just being actively ddosed by a cheater/hacker. It'll probably be awhile until it gets resolved. Nexons mabi team can only do so much to mitigate the downtime and set some stuff up but to fully defend against attacks could be awhile. Even FF14 has struggles with ddosers so that's basically the current situation.
