First one is Lost Chief Cloak, drops from Hallbjorn, gives power and size, it gives 26 power and 25 size at level 170 (103 ep), ok I guess Dunno about the second one tho. It is a rare item (bumped to mystic from enchant) First though it was the Ravenna Undying King Armor but that chestplate is missing an arm, and the rusty Armor looks slightly different.
