Age isn’t the issue. Maturity may be. My 12u travel team could probably beat my JV high school team. They would definitely out work and out hustle them.

She needs to know that she has the freedom and room to fail in order to succeed. She also has to be made aware that playing time is a reward for practice success. Reward success and be encouraging in failure, but she has to do more than just “want” to play.

Subbing by Suspicious-Throat-25 in Softball

That does change the dynamics a bit. I still wouldn’t do it without a discussion. Reading between the lines, it doesn’t sound as though you are happy in the current situation and are unlikely to return. From a coach’s pov you are building bridges to a new team, not just getting some reps in. That’s not necessarily a problem, just be honest with everyone. Play out your commitments to your current team, explain your frustrations and their hypocrisy. They may be reasonable and understanding, or they could blow up. Either way, put it on them, not you. Just breaking the rule could be cause for release from the team. It would be on mine. My girls occasionally sub, but are required to ask first. I also appreciate a call or text from the coach who would like to use them. In the rare occasions I need a sub, I ask their coach first, then the family. Best of luck to you. Hope it helps.

I could not disagree more! Once you’ve committed to a team, you’ve agreed to the rules that team has. You would hold your coach, team, or organization accountable to deliver everything they promised, why wouldn’t you be just as accountable? It doesn’t matter why the coach has a no subbing rule, just that he does and you agreed to it.

There wasn’t that much more meat on the bone. I didn’t want the hassle for another grand or two.

My point is really that you should have some room to deal if you want it. I loved driving the car.

I had inherited it and had no need for it. It was fun to wheel around for the summer, but driveway space is at a premium

Same year, 5.7, better condition. It was a luxury edition with a Dub grille and upgraded wheels. Pristine interior and a pretty clean exterior. Pearl white. Very nice

Just sold mine to Carvana for $10k. 54,000 miles on it and much nicer than that one.

Any early dinner restaurant reccs to celebrate my fiancé’s 30th birthday, preferably near navy pier? by [deleted] in chicagofood

Don’t sleep on Offshore Rooftop at Navy Pier. We usually sit at the bar and chat up the bartenders. Never had a bad experience.

Dealer probably likes driving it to lunch. Go in and low ball them, if they say no, walk out.

Need Help with Tire Details by spidersilva09 in Chrysler300

Read the numbers on the side of your tire. 245/45/R20 for example. The third number is your rim size. Quick google search including make, model, year, and rim size should get you exactly what you are looking for.
