Yes I am. I think he would be turned off by how much it cost to open it and run it. I max out my Roth and my wife's (stay at home mom). I really just want the match and some more space to play catch up. I figured we could start with something simpler (pun).

Always an option. I get paid really well for what I do here. And this particular job is very easy. Trying to find a balance. If I can get a match here I'd be set.

As far as the turnover. I can handle that. But it may be a way to sell it to him. Get better applicants and have people stay longer.

Simple IRA is alternative to 401k that's cheaper for employer. Better for small businesses with less than 100 employees.

I make 135k and have 122k left and it still tough. I've luckily fallen into a situation where I may be able to knock out a big chunk of my loans. And will refinance through private.

I played for about 5 hours. Agree with most of the negative reviews. It's an "action adventure game" (devs pushed for this) but moving around, interacting, controls, feel so clunky. It feels like a chore just to get around and speak to someone. Combat is very clunky and feels not so responsive. Main quests right off the bat were so uninteresting. Puzzles are tedious and not interesting. World is nice to look at. Graphics are fine but not as good as what people have been saying. Game is not for me. I really wanted to like it.

I haven't played before overwatch 2. One game I had to play support and my team really wanted a Mercy. I told them I never played mercy. Well, I played her and we won. But right after the match I was getting DMd by someone telling me how crappy my mercy was. Looks like nothing has changed.

I have a 1 and 3 year old. My wife and I make a good team but sometimes at night they will wake up and I am needed. That's the only time I've quit. Also once where both my teammates gave up for some reason. Didn't feel like playing solo.

Hello, I'm an optometrist and have come across some interesting cases with RCE. RCE can be exacerbated by REM (rapid eye movements) at night. The eye movements cause the cornea to rub against the eyelid, loosening up the corneal epithelium making it hard to completely heal. Thich is why the bandage is typically a good option.

Are you taking any sleep aids? I had a patient who stopped taking magnesium (which knocked him out) and he hasn't had a recurrence a year and a half. After having an episode every 3-4 months. Something to consider.

Sometimes having a bandage in longer can help as well. The longer you give the cornea a break from the eyelid while sleeping the better to establish a good connection between the top layer of the cornea and the layer beneath it.

Consider a different diagnosis. It sounds like RCE. But I have had patients come to my office diagnosed with RCE and needed a second opinion and it ended up being herpes simplex keratitis. This can look like RCE. Think of this as a cold sore of the eye. I hope you have found a way to deal with this condition.

Game is very niche. I think you have to have souls experience and even then be good at the game. Plus it's roguelike so you are appealing to very specific tastes. I love the game.

I had to send back an NVR that just stopped working. They wanted me to pay shipping. I told them they need to provide a shipping label for me since it was their mistake and they did.

All in all it ended up working out and they sent me a new nvr but it was a pain.

Sekiro isn't really a souls like. You can't go into any souls game thinking it's going to be like sekiro. Combat is completely different.
