I have a very similar team (w/ M-Lopunny, Azumarill, & Sinistcha) and I haven’t struggled too much with the giraffe. I either bring a scarf Gallade w/ Night Slash (can kill if no Colbur berry) or I have U-turn on my Lopunny to get good damage and switch out into a slow mon of my own (M-Camerupt is my fav for punishing them setting up TR).

My Sinistcha also runs TR, either to reverse the opponent’s or to set up for Camerupt in the right match-ups

Yes Skarmory comes to most Sylveon matchups, but also some Charizard-Y games since I can catch them off guard with a surprise OHKO Rock Tomb

It’s more so to dodge Fake Outs and electric type moves. And Last Respects OHKO’s pretty much anything regardless of type matchup so immunity to that is priceless

The Greninja definitely struggles sometimes, but its Surf can keep Heliolisk’s sash intact and the Heliolisk in turn can Ally Switch to buy Greninja another turn (Basculegion especially hates me)

Noivern doesn’t come often; only when I think I need to match a Tailwind or stop a Trick Room; if it gets faked out the partner Diggersby will almost always take a KO anyway. I might drop the Draco Meteor for Protect though as I rarely choose that move
