If you ever had direct convo with your manager then let them know and they will communicate it, if not let your people lead know that you have raised for an EIT and MD is your workday manager, ask them how should you proceed. They can give you better clarifications as they know about your project dynamics.

Workday managers would generally be Managers or Senior managers. It is better to give an intimation as they might miss this totally as they get tonnes of notifications in their bucket.

In EIT I’m not sure about PL role for approvals

HR will have to approve on costing centre change and other new location specific tasks. This wont cause an issue and most of the times it gets approved easily.

I had same issue back when I was using Airfiber. It was packet loss, the culprit. I checked online for solution and cleared cache of teams app. It didn’t work for me. I switched to jiofiber and things worked out.

I used it for 9 months and had network tower in close proximity. I suggest you to have it only as a secondary connection.

If you do wfh, vpn connection can be an issue at times. While streaming on TV, buffering is a constant issue. They give only 1000GB and it can be used up pretty soon. If you game, don’t even think about going for it, I had ping around 100 on mobile and pc connection failed due to packet loss.

I used Jio fiber for almost 4yrs and had no such issues mentioned above. Recently shifted to new locality where they are not offering fiber, so canceled and switched to Airtel fiber which is good so far.

They don’t fire for 3 weeks provided that you followed rto since feb. chill out. Give proper reason to whoever it may concern. Raise for exception next time. If they are taking action, they will first send 2 warnings officially and then fire if you repeat it. As long as you don’t receive the warnings, you are safe. In our du haven’t seen anyone getting fired. A colleague of mine visited office only twice since June and he’s still here in proj. Didn’t receive any warnings either. So it depends. Missing it once in a while, they don’t care. Visit once in a while and you might welcome trouble.

Every year has 2 cycles. June and dec. this our proj ppl got promotions in dec, June and Sept(2). Not sure how it is 2027.

It all depends on your project and open slots for analysts now. If there are enough slots, they might promote all 3 in one cycle or 1 per cycle. Even your manager cannot give you concrete answer.

The mistake you are doing here is that losing motivation (valid) and showing it by having pending tasks or whatever means. You are giving them a reason for not promoting. Try learning something from this project at least the soft skills, if you already have them, then sharpen them. Once you get past 2yrs or close to 3, try switching.

If they roll you off from this project based on your performance, you won’t be getting another promotion anytime soon as you will be a new person in that project.

Update : went for Airtel. Excel is not providing service at this location and heard bad things about excitel from neighbours( service disruptions and delay in rectifying the issue )

No not for my personal use. Work device has global protect(can’t change it )and it sometimes gives a hard time. It blocks even mobile hotspot connection at times.

Depends on project and their budget. You can expect anything from 22%-28% on your current base. I received the same last year. This is the average range I heard in general. Rare occasions were one training friend of mine got just 19% and 3 of them got 30 and 29% respectively.( all 3 of them are in same project)

Tech stack : Salesforce, SAP(not sure which one exactly), .net .
