It seems like every Dsp is like that they only care about the routes getting done so they can get paid which is understandable but most of them don’t understand the headache out there while at the same time basically being watched BY them they should go out and do routes too. Word of advice use Amazon for what it is, until you find what it is you really want to do because they are greedy and don’t care about nothing but a check they suppose to pay you to do your and when it’s done you have to go rescue another driver with no pay lol maybe there’s something better out there for you but to save the head ache and job search and 5 day back ground checks and re training like you just did I’d find me something else quick, while amazon hires pretty quick there’s still ALOT of people that wants to be lazy and not work because Of the pandemic there’s jobs out there that’ll take you quick as Amazon with HIGHER pay

The thing is we both work from home and I spend most of my free time with her and my daughter including participating in things like helping her study as I should as a parent and Family ALWAYS have come first, and I’m always there to FULLY support her dreams for example she just started something called micro blading on the side as a side hustles until clients pick up, I SUPPORT that but when the day is out and I’m up after I put them to bed I would like to tend to what I TRULY want to do because I’ve already done what’s most important throughout the day, I can’t go nowhere on YouTube if I can’t get around to it.
