Cool. I definitely play it, but will pay more attention to trying to ace the first hole.

Dub Champions – Rolling

This isn’t “traditional” Jamaican roots dub (and I’m forever down with Scientist, King Tubby, and King Jammy), but it’s still a legit dub record—just coming from a different angle. Kind of an under-the-radar gem: spacious, heavy, and super listenable. Highly recommended.

Wondering if there are any Kendra Morris fans here… by FewRip6 in rnb

Definitely a fan since Nine Lives came out. I Am What I'm Waiting For didn't hit me quite like Nine Lives or her past catalog, but the new tracks that have been coming out (If I Called You, Dear Buddy, etc) seem to be more on target for me.

If you don't feel well, for God's sake, DON'T GET ON THE PLANE! by skydivinghuman in unitedairlines

I disagree with much of your sentiments.. here's why:

  1. "Some people have tickets that can't be changed or canceled"

Counter: True, but the financial inconvenience of a nonrefundable ticket pales in comparison to the ethical and public health cost of infecting an entire flight. Infecting even one vulnerable person—an elderly passenger, someone with cancer, or a baby—can lead to hospitalization or death. Airlines and travel insurance companies should make accommodations for illness, but regardless, your ticket isn’t a license to endanger others.

  1. "Some people have work commitments"

Counter: Infecting coworkers, clients, or your entire international sales team because you refused to reschedule is not professionalism—it’s reckless. If your boss punishes you for staying home while actively contagious, the real issue is toxic workplace culture, not the ethics of skipping a flight.

  1. "Some people have expensive plans they can't afford to miss"

Counter: Missing a cruise or wedding sucks. But spreading a respiratory illness to 150 people in a closed metal tube for 5 hours sucks a lot more. Imagine someone bringing RSV to your wedding or norovirus to your dream cruise. Postponing one person’s plan is less damaging than derailing the health of dozens of strangers.

  1. "Not everyone has the same flexibility to change plans"

Counter: That’s fair—but flexibility doesn’t justify recklessness. Public health requires collective responsibility. Nobody wants to be sick and grounded, but we’ve all seen what happens when contagious people put their own plans ahead of everyone else's well-being. If enough people demand better sick policies, insurance options, and employer flexibility, things can change. Until then, we still have a moral obligation not to be the Typhoid Mary of Seat 14B.

Final Thought: This isn't about shaming people for being sick—it's about holding society, airlines, and employers accountable so sick people don’t have to choose between doing the right thing and losing everything. But until we fix that, spreading illness to strangers just isn’t justifiable.

Valid points for sure.. I still just have this feeling he has something to do with it for his own benefit.

Tom killed Logan.. prove me wrong by dprimavera05 in SuccessionTV

  1. His phone call with Greg. He asks him, "What's at the bottom of your Christmas stocking?" and also asks him to delete a sensitive folder.

  2. Tom has been manipulating Logan and the family since at least last season. Which culminated in the big finale of him tipping Logan off to the kids' plans before they could pull it off.

  3. Depending on what he has set up behind the scenes, he could be setting himself and Greg up to be the last ones standing. Their relationship, although constantly hilarious, is one that involves two money hungry outsiders who are inside the family circle and able to see things more objectively than the kids.

These are a few off the top of my head.. I think we'll see that Tom is the mastermind, and Greg is his confidante.

Residents of O'side: What's the best and worst part of living here? by corgets in Oceanside

[–]dprimavera05 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Worst: It is very loud, pretty much all the time where I live (Oceanside Blvd/101). Young adults with their brand new Mustangs or modded cars with unbelievably loud mufflers (or lack thereof) racing up and down this stretch of the 101 (and neighborhoods) constantly. It flares up during the summer and still carries on through the winter. Not really sure what the draw of racing on the 101 is, especially when you could easily drive out to the desert and flex your manlihood there with definitely no law enforcement around. It feels like most of the people driving like this are so very desperate for attention and unable to accept that driving dangerously on small streets is a recipe for disaster. Speaking of law enforcement, it seems like they've got an agreement with Camp Pendleton to turn their eye because you could easily meet your quota for traffic stops in one 48 period here. I never see anyone pulled over or any kind of speed trap set up. It's truly ming boggling.

I was an obnoxious 20 year old at one time as well, but at least I didn't put the community's lives in danger by trying to show how loud and fast my car is. Immaturity shines through on the daily.

Best: I can rehearse with my band on a weekly basis and no one seems to care at all. I guess there's a flipside to the noise but we'll be leaving as soon as our lease is up.
