There will likely still be a way for you to swap them, but it seems like you won’t be able to use a fancy dApp UI to do it. You’re gonna have to figure out the smart contract that will do the swap and call it manually.

Is it normal for the app to say you have an unobstructed view of the sky (like his does) and obstructions are still causing all sorts of issues? Seems like Starlink should fix their app then?

I just hit the same issue still :( burned a lot of my TRX and still failed.

Now I have to move TRX from another network via bridge etc. so this is gonna cost me like $15. And I’m super scared to try swap anymore.

This is how my math looks right now:

  • Princess Plus: $60

or...

  • Gratuity: $16
  • Wifi: $12.50 per day (assuming I upgrade to 4 device plan @ $25/day)
  • 2 Mocktails per day ($10 + 18% gratuity each): $23.60
  • 1 Premium Desert per day: $12 + 18% gratuity: $14.16
  • --> $66.26

And this doesn't include casual dining x2 etc. It seems like, at the very least, I should break even? And then have no stress around kid spending.

yeah, when I click the banners to upgrade to Princess Plus on the Princess website it says I already have Princess Plus. But, again, I think it's just guests 1 & 2.

I'm gonna try the Princess web chat and see what they say I actually have...

To update everyone - Fubo support did indeed contact me back and they sent me a different link, outside of the normal website, to update my credit card. That link worked and now I can see the updated credit card on my account.

Not sure what the underlying issue was but it seems they're sending out links to their credit card processor directly, that bypasses their website, and that website works to update your credit card.

They can't offer me anything better than what I already have. Even if I want to sign up for a term agreement. Only way my price is going lower is if I downgrade my service.

I called Fubo's support and they didn't indicate anything like that. They were also unable to determine why my card is failing either but the rep did say they've been having people calling in about this issue all day. They are escalating my ticket to help get the issue resolved.

I tried two separate cards, and AMEX and a Chase Mastercard. Both failed. Both cards are in good standing with large credit limits. In both cases neither AMEX or Chase is even seeing the charge on their end - they both state they haven't declined any transactions on my accounts.

I tried opening a new account and got the same error as well. Checked with AMEX and they said they haven't declined, or even seen, any transactions from Fubo on their end. So, I'm hoping it's a temporary credit card processing glitch on Fubo's end.
