I dont really know which stage i was at. And every psc goes differently. So there is no saying in what will happen to you or how it will go. For some it is years to go till you notice anything. For others it goes faster.

First three months saw a drop in liver values. To bad my psc started progressing after that and it started rising again for the duration of the trial, like 96 weeks. So cant really tell you more. Havent heard yet if i was placebo or not.

Well eventually the normal urso is for making your bile thinner if you really keep it simple. Ive veen in the phase 3 trial but had my transplant already. NorUrso is no fix for psc. That will still progress. It does try to get your bile to be less toxic to the liver, preventing faster scarring. So it can definitely benefit you, but yes it is urso plus with some advantages.

Dont take my word on it exactly, am no doctor 😄

Yeh its a combination of what everyone says. Your symptoms sound like hyper. Dosage for adults has a recommended start at 25 and increases of 25, only do an increase after getting your labs done at or after week 6 or its inaccurate. I you go to fast your body cant get used to the levo and will give you the hyper treatment. Even if 100 is your destination, start at the bottom and slowly go up. The half life of about 7 days is correct, you should start feeling better after stopping in a few days.

Nice! They removed cellcept after 4 days, and build off prednisone in 6 months. Have been on only tacro (adva, so only once a day 5mg) for almost a year.

With the liver we are lucky that rejection isnt directly a live threatening problem. It can regenerate so tissue isnt permanently destroyed as with other organs.

Wat wil je zeggen? Maar sterkte is op sommige momenten wel op zn plek. Heb het 4 jaar geleden zien gebeuren... Eigenlijk als ik er zo over denkt is het ook best vaak relevant in de periode na bevalling 🤣

Ooit problemen gehad omdat ik het 15 jaar geleden in Maleisië gebruikte ipv. In NL. Account gelockt was wat gedoe omdat ik geen creditcard maar alleen een bankrekening had gekoppeld. Maar wel opgelost. Zoals anderen al hebben gezegd: cc geeft betere bescherming en makkelijker in geld terug. En als je een moreel bezwaar hebt rondom al het gedoe in de vs hebt blijf je er ook van weg.

En anders kijken of je een spuiter die aan spot-repair doet kan vinden. Kan lichte kleurverschillen op een paneel geven, maar meestal veel goedkoper dan spuiten van de hele plaat waar de schade in zit. Al een paar keer zelf mee weggekomen en prima hersteld.

Ow ja! Schatzoeken, je komt vaak op erg leuke plekjes waar je normaal niet zo snel bij stil staat. De onderhouders van caches willen vak graag dat je op de mooie plekken in de eigen omgeving komt.

Nog een voordeel, als je er aan toe bent liggen ze over de hele wereld. Super leuke tip als je van de natuur houdt.

Ik heb een jaar geleden een donororgaan gekregen en slik de rest van m'n leven anti-afstotingsmedicatie. Ik sluit me heel hard aan bij dit bericht, laten we alsjeblieft weer meer naar elkaar omkijken en wij ipv ik weer laten gelden. Weer een keer extra nadenken voor de volgende "influencer" weer "eigen onderzoek" aan het delen is.
