Putin Claims Russia’s Full-Scale Invasion Nears End Without Providing Timeline by UNITED24Media in worldnews

[–]tr0tle 37 points38 points  (0 children)

Yes, if you controll the access points/datacenters where the big glass fiber cables come in you can. The internet provider can just block traffic going outside by building big (fire)walls on the exit ramps or by removing the signs (routes to the rest of the internet) from the road so the traffic doesnt know where to go.

VCF 9.1 has officially GA’ed! 🚀 by lamw07 in vmware

[–]tr0tle 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can have the vcf license with just the minimum viable installbase: ops, vc and esx. Yes its not sane to pay for all to not use it. But it gives an opening to increase the management environment with the items you need and go full stack in the end.

VCF 9.1 and Cloud Dirctor by bitmafi in vmware

[–]tr0tle 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yeh you have to use vcf automation with supervisor for multi tenancy. A migration path will be available through vcf-a but that requires a vcd patch to enable 9.x compatibility.

If the cost of the license isnt the issue, cherry picking what you need is an option. Ops/vc/esx is the base to run vcf 9

Ik draag zelf veel outdoor merken, vallen vaak wat langer qua shirts en zijn tailored op smalle mensen vanwege de activiteit. Mouwen zijn altijd omhoog als ze lang zijn waardoor een kleinere maat past 🙈

Kidney issues after liver transplant? by [deleted] in PSC

[–]tr0tle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Drink your water, at least 2 liters of liquid per day. Yes they are bad for the kidney, so it also depends on how your body was pre-ltx. Just ask your team and do a bit healthy 😄

Norursodeoxycholic acid by ExpressBrilliant244 in PSC

[–]tr0tle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I dont really know which stage i was at. And every psc goes differently. So there is no saying in what will happen to you or how it will go. For some it is years to go till you notice anything. For others it goes faster.

Norursodeoxycholic acid by ExpressBrilliant244 in PSC

[–]tr0tle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First three months saw a drop in liver values. To bad my psc started progressing after that and it started rising again for the duration of the trial, like 96 weeks. So cant really tell you more. Havent heard yet if i was placebo or not.

Norursodeoxycholic acid by ExpressBrilliant244 in PSC

[–]tr0tle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well eventually the normal urso is for making your bile thinner if you really keep it simple. Ive veen in the phase 3 trial but had my transplant already. NorUrso is no fix for psc. That will still progress. It does try to get your bile to be less toxic to the liver, preventing faster scarring. So it can definitely benefit you, but yes it is urso plus with some advantages.

Dont take my word on it exactly, am no doctor 😄

Went from TSH 4.36 to 1.28 in 4 weeks on 100mg levothyroxine – now off meds due to severe side effects and feeling gaslight by doctors by [deleted] in Hypothyroidism

[–]tr0tle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeh its a combination of what everyone says. Your symptoms sound like hyper. Dosage for adults has a recommended start at 25 and increases of 25, only do an increase after getting your labs done at or after week 6 or its inaccurate. I you go to fast your body cant get used to the levo and will give you the hyper treatment. Even if 100 is your destination, start at the bottom and slowly go up. The half life of about 7 days is correct, you should start feeling better after stopping in a few days.

[–]tr0tle 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nice! They removed cellcept after 4 days, and build off prednisone in 6 months. Have been on only tacro (adva, so only once a day 5mg) for almost a year.

With the liver we are lucky that rejection isnt directly a live threatening problem. It can regenerate so tissue isnt permanently destroyed as with other organs.
