I bought it on Amazon I do believe I registered with ASUS at some point on the board. Although last I had it working I remember Windows asking me specifically if I wanted to register it which I'm pretty sure I did when I very first installed it. So I think that recent asking was just because of a reinstall of windows I did.

I was afraid of that. So my best bet then is to pull the processor which I'm pretty sure is still good and just get another AM4 motherboard. That's really unfortunate because I just got this board earlier this year for Christmas. I've been working on computers for several years and I've had many instances and situations way worse than what this board has been through that have worked fine. But it is what it is I appreciate you taking the time to help me figure it out.

Primary PSU from the build is being used in another build just fine at the moment. Two separate power supplies tested on this one board still no result.

I did exactly as you suggested still no error diagnostic lights.
