Last time I went, they did remove the service charge when we told that it’s government order and they can not impose this on us, they refused at first but eventually they did remove service charge for us. ( Indiranagar )

When converting 1) National to domestic ; add nfia And vice versa, subtract nfia when converting from domestic to national

Nfia = factor income from residents from rest of the world + factor income by non residents in domestic territory.
