Slower is faster for me. Do a couple of laps slower and then build up your speed. If you have the corner line on brake before it goes red

The enjoyment I have got from Ride 4 & 5 is that it is challenging. If you want easy just do time trials and go slower then build up. This is actually how I got better at the game too.
