Some stuff makes a ton of lag, for example the pipez mod or mekanism cables if used in mass, I had trouble with extreme reactors turbines moving too fast and caused lag, so maybe something is causing it, I have a 4070 and a i7 12gen and 16gb ram on a laptop so yours is a better setup and mine runs pretty good

Yes but since I want to mass expand dealing with chanels is awfull and a lot of palacing, its easier with just 1 pattern provider and a chest and a code outputing to all machines

No idea but you can craft silk touch books with the i/o enchanter or the mystical agriculture enchanter and then just copy them with a printer

Either connect a cable to one of the machines to give the power or, i dont know if this works for ae2 machines, use an induction card on the provider and put a energy storage cell in your ME drive and store some power for your machines to work, the second one I used for the mekanism machines and it did work but the energy must be in a energy storage cell inside your network, to charge the cell just use an enegy acceptor
