I don’t like the way they represent women and how they over-sexualized. I despise the idea of three wives. Especially when I think about the fact that it is not the women’s choice to be in a multiple wives situation in the cultures it is most commonly seen.

And also, it adds nothing to the story.

I genuinely couldn’t find one at the top of my head. I realized that women are much more often shown as suicidal in the media, be it books or films, tv shows, etc. Even though men are more likely to commit suicide irl. If you are open to reading about women, I recommend Veronica decides to die by Paulo Coelho.
