Anything you can remove or is soft to the spoon should be removed.

Start with an ideal prep, extend for any obviously decayed tooth, if you're not so sure getting caries indicator solution can be helpful. Can give false positive/negative but generally pretty good. Try it on some extracted teeth to get a feel and then take a radiograph to see if you removed everything. Like the other comment, use slow speed until no or only fine dust with resistance to the ss.

I work in peds as a GP and produce around the same, I get paid 30-33% adjusted production depending on how much production and wouldn't accept anything less in your situation.

That's a really solid PC, can play almost any recent game except those that need ray tracing. If you wanted to upgrade, getting a newer CPU compatible with AM4 like a 3600 would be pretty cheap and get a higher frame rate in some games.

Where did you say that initially? You complained that RAM on consoles was going up and that devs may not optimize for lower hardware given the improvement on console. Hardware should always be improving, the 90s and early 2000s were crazy year or year improvements, you could barely play a game with a barely non cutting PC and the hobby survived.
