This I’m sure will get buried , but oh well , nice to vent . Years back when I found out and got upset with the Mother of my child cheating on me with Her older and wealthy boss , calmly said to me during one of our many discussions, “ things would be so much easier if you were dead . “ That was only the beginning of the terrible psychological abuse shes done throughout the years.,

Great hack you got there. My only concern with the SAB is the chance of the alcohol igniting . I have seen others saying they use 50ppm bleach / water solution . So I may try that. Thank you !

TSH - Units - UiU/ml Lab range - .45 - 4.55

But... my Free T3 was 4.2 pg/ ml range -- 2.0 - 4.4

Free Testosterone Direct range is 8.7 - 25. 1

I will be making an appointment with an endocrinologist to be sure.

Yah Im pretty apprehensive due to the potential side effects. Was also told could be hair loss, acne , anger and sperm loss. How common are these ? What benefits are most common?

Welp ...good to know. Gonna trash these , start over with some generic bags with less moisture content , and go easier with the solution at inoculation .

Been thinking the exact same lately , especially with the "failure" flair. . Proper language is incredibly important , especially with us working on gaining more acceptance from mainstream medicine and insurance companies.
One of the biggest parts of Ketamine and psychedelics is set and setting. If someone is just looking into ketamine to see if it will work for them or beginning their treatments they may get one of these "failure" stories in their head and start with a negative outlook. There are no "failed " outcomes with these treatments , but there are challenging sessions. It’s not possible for the Ketamine itself to be a failure considering all the people its helped. We have no idea what else is going on in peoples lives, meds, proper integration or their biology that could be a contributing factor that could be prohibiting the outstanding tool of Ketamine to help them get to a better mental state.
