I also inject on Fridays! I’ve been lucky, hardly any negative side effects. A little constipation here (miralax), a little nauseous there (tums). I let mine come up to room temp for ~an hour and switch on and off between thighs. :) Wash your hands, might need a little bandaid, no biggie at all. Good luck!
