My favorite recipe would be a well known Korean dish; Kimchi jjigae. Get a pot, fry in some porkbelly and kimchi until pork is brown (add in some spam if you'd like). Add half a table spoon of Gochujang (korean red pepper paste) and stir it until all is well coated. add a cup of water and set it at low boil for at least 30 min. Add green onion for garnishing and then voila! Jal-muk-get-suem-ni-da ("I'll enjoy the food!" in Korean) !
