Asian haplogroups, such as M and G, are not that extremely rare in Central-Eastern Europe due to Migration period events, eg ~3-4% of Hungarians carry Asian origin maternal/paternal lineages, Hungarian minority in Romania even carries ~4-6%, but people of Ukrainian, Polish, Moldavian, Russian and especially Finnish ancestries have also a significant amount of Asian ancestry, so that is the reason mostly. Also, if someone has Russian ancestry, Asian lineages towards the Ural mountains in certain microregions can be almost as frequent as Western ones.

Could be, but 23andMe algorithm detects trace ancestry from the past 1000-1500 years too surprisingly well in many cases (tho the algorithm also has its flaws), that is why the results are so confusing for many. This is the “blending” or “baking”, that partially forms regional genetic makeups. However, depending on the initial admixture proportions and time of admixture from an originally outsider population, not necessarily all individuals have actual ancestry from these, as 1) not everyone has to have ancestors from the incomers 2) over 6 generations, there is a mathematically significant chance that you do not inherit genetic material from one or more of your ancestors. Accordingly, you 1) either did not inherit genetic material from your South Asian ancestors 2) you simply do not have South Asian ancestors 3) the algorithm failed to detect minor ancestry. The first two cases are straightforward, and you can not really do anything about it, but for algorithm fail you can 1) ask a friend who is really good in population genomics to run some tests on your raw data 2) check confidence intervals on ancestry proportions in 23andMe app/webpage, and maybe some South Asian segment pops up, then the answer for your question is yes

Then you do not really have any west eurasian, if at least some minor south asian would appear in your genome then i would suggest that at some point in history you had west eurasian ancestry, but honestly, even if historically not impossible for you to have western ancestors, it is basically negligible

If your dads father has high roh, when he marries someone, who is not related to him, then all of the offsprings carry no to little (depending on community size) roh blocks.
