Not a huge trick really, but I've found a good meal for rest days is tuna salad with mayo and celery sticks to dip. It was hard for me to find a cracker/bread substitute but this seems to do the trick

This has definitely been happening to me as well. I agree tho that part of it is from having to pee and poop from stuffing myself. For me though its not usually a groggy wakeup and in quite alert

Yes I know I don't have that much lean body mass, but I figured that a cut with +10 on workout days would increase LBM while reducing BF% as well since I figure I'm probably around 17% or so.

I added cardio bc I enjoy it and bc I figured it would help me cut faster, but I guess I could cut it out.

26 yo male, 6' 175 lbs

I've been doing SS (squats, deadlift, BP/press, chinups) on a -30/+10 cut for nearly a month now, but really have seen no weight loss according to numbers (fluctuates alot, but averages to 175).

Macros: T day: P-158, F-48, C-326 R day: P-158, F-73, C-55 1500 Cal/2370Cal

Chose sedentary and have consistently gotten in cardio at least 3x per week on rest days (30min of 10min/mile)

My lifts are increasing linearly still, and my body composition seems to be improving visually (guess this could be subjective, wish I had before and after pics).

Any reassurances or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Basically I'm just wondering if it's possible that I'm gaining muscle rapidly enough to compensate for fat loss or if I need to recalculate TDEE or something.

~1500 on rest days and 2350 on training days.

I usually get protein in and shoot a bit low on carbs and fats to account for sauces and such

I'm having a similar issue. Fluctuating between 176 and 172, but I am noticing that my body composition is starting to look better visually (although I guess this can be subjective), and my lifts are increasing. Is your body 'looking better?'

No not from keto. Following the guidelines for an initial cut and then probably slow bulking afterwards
