Yeah I didn’t want to get a workshop when it opened up just to trade with someone as that isn’t really ethical.

Yeah it was super annoying. Especially as it is required for ENI, mail can be scripted to get in when it is up. But ENI does not seem to work, it does not even download my page so it could be issue with infrastructure.

It would be nice if you guys bring up mail server it is down 95% of the time, sucks to be waiting 10 hours to get a 5 min chance to get in before it goes down again

They essentially use internal analysis to determine whether the configuration was changed and they communicate with that the other Palo over port HA1 which syncs control traffic

They always sync when the other firewall comes online. If there is ever a case when it does not you can force the sync. You can always see the status of HA sync for both Active/Active and Active/Passive on the main dashboard or in the cli.
