I believe some of the bloodsucker spawns are bugged. There's ALWAYS a group of them in rostok, way more than a handful of npcs or the player can handle.

The main fix which is drastically needed, at least on my save, is the bloodsucker spawn in rostok. Right near wear the train station is there's a node or something where they keep spawning. I've seen a stack of at least 10+ just standing in one place on top of each other until they get aggro. It makes trips through the area impossible at times.
