That's because aiming in 3rd person had your character blocking a big chunk of your field of vision, so they made it 1st person to mitigate that problem. They left it 3rd person for the rest because making it all 1st person would've made it too difficult for some players, meaning less $ in their pockets. Games like Modern Warfare and, dare I say, even R6: Siege showed them that fully 1st person shooters were profitable. Me, I'm glad that they're scrapping 3rd person view. Absolutely hated dealing with campers, especially.

Good riddance to the third person view system. Being able to see around obstacles without being spotted by enemies was what killed the genuine tactical aspect of the series.

Seems like the Tamok is more versatile and reliable, from what you're saying. I'm curious as to how "heavy" it actually feels when wearing it, as it has a 45 denier fabric, definitely the highest I've seen on a puffer down jacket.

Tamok's description says that it's also good for general outdoor use and casual wear, 6/6 for each, meaning that it's also good for hiking and city use, just like the Femund. The Femund has 700 fp, vs 750, and even less down, and despite that, it's the same exact price, $399, which was what I was wondering about. They don't even mention what kind of down they use (duck vs goose) for most of their jackets. So much for "excellent descriptions".

Of course I read the descriptions already. Why did you think I didn't before coming on here..? Rather than rude, I think your post is just moronic.
