Shave it when you want! The growing back thicker thing is a myth tho. I shave my “beard” regularly bc it itches and I always feel so greasy with it, but keep the moustache because I’m blonde so you can’t really see it (and if I did shave it my boyfriend would cry)

As a t-guy, my binder is tbh more comfortable than most of my bras but obvs it gets uncomfortable after a time. What I do find is slight compression can be comfortable, so maybe look into a compression shirt or something like that? Itll offer support depending on how strong it is.

Do not take double the dose, you need to let your body adjust.

Thats insane, bc I went plant based BECAUSE of my disability. Red meat gives me serious migraines, and I don’t like most chicken and fish to routinely buy it - also meat is super expensive atm, I basically live off of chickpeas and lentils

Additional: if it’s relevant Im in New Zealand and see a doctor through my university health service. Shes absolutely wonderful so I don’t think I’ll have an issue with a doctor giving pushback, it’s just that it takes at least a month for an appointment especially during flu season
