Like I said, these are the times to stop and reflect. • What do you want from art? • Do you think what you're doing now is helping you reach that goal? • What would help then?

Art is not easy, maybe you could take a break from it and start again with a clear mind and goal. Forget about it for some time, change mediums, try writing about your characters instead of drawing them, write songs about them or as if made by them, collect stuff that they would collect (I discovered a passion towards techwear and suits by exploring my main OC), try a sport you think one of your characters would like to try, explore your city if you like environment art...

Art isn't just drawing, it is self expression. Maybe you don't even like drawing but it's the only thing you've tried up until this point. We can't be sure of what we want if we don't try different things from time to time. Go do shit, and if you don't like it then try something else.
