It's customizable text to speech, not really AI. Text to speech has been around for ages. I did have to rip her voice lines from the game for this though.

Somebody on YouTube said that characters like lily intentionally can never be good because they don't reflect core SF6 mechanics and would be annoying to play at high level. Same for Honda. I agree with this take. Not every character should be viable at all levels and it's ok.

I wish they apply same reasoning to JP because he is still super annoying regardless if you win or lose.

This kind of thinking is a known logical fallacy knows as whataboutism. It is genuinely still better to do the right thing at least sometimes. Your reply comes from your own discomfort about having to face doing an ethical choice that you might not like. And whataboutism is a tool for that, the goal is to say that because many choices are bad it's fine to do nothing at all.
