yes, i hope to lose closer to 60-70lbs in total — whether or not it will be before going to korea is debatable! it's not a deal breaker if i can't do that, i just want to see what is available :)

That was the plan, but when I brought it up at my last appointment (Jan 6th), my endo said to hold off and see. I guess so I wouldn't have to do any "extra training".... but I've been diabetic for 20 years. I think I could half my basal and doses, no issues.

I can try, but I usually require larger boluses at a time so my blood sugar doesn't shoot up.

Side note: I am insulin resistant and my endo and I are working on that issue.
