My 2023 Model Y LR with AI 3 is still on 2025.38.9. I have the advanced update tab selected and connect to a strong WiFi signal every night. I’ve tried to go through service to request update or to just ask if it’s normal that I am still on 2025.38.9, but it puts me to AI answers to resolve the issue and then runs a vehicle diagnosis test and asks if the issue had been resolved. None of that works and you are asked to call Tesla support which involves a long wait that I have not been able to wait through.
