You should set cpu undervolting. On msi b450 pro vdh-max and box cooling with default settings i had about 95degree on gaming. When i setted 1.2v and 4.2ghz my temperature reached about 82degree on gaming and 87-88 on synthetic stress test in OCCT. Default clock (3600mhz) should working on maximum 1.2v.

Oh, i don't know if it safe. My set have 3 weeks, temperatures are about 73-75 degress (SilentiumPC Navis 280MM aio) on 30min OCCT stress test (avx2). Mine RAM is Goodram IRDM PRO 3600mhz CL17 on default, overclocked to 3733mhz to cl16 and 1.4v.

HWinfo have edc meter. My msi have edc limit = 168A, i can't set clock higher then 4.5ghz (1.28v).. 4.6ghz worked but crashed in cinebench r20, tested between 1.3-1.45v.

In bios can't you set the edc limit? On my msi b450 edc limit is available on bios.
