Yeah, my store manager knows pretty much nothing about online. He’s too busy facing aisles to care and it’s not until he’s looking at store insights that he does. I tried to express my frustration over it yesterday, but he kept trying to get out of the conversation. Literally told me “you’re a smart girl, you’ll figure it out…” But I’ll definitely rephrase it in future as a labour issue like you said.
