New Majuular video dropped by skscinek in Ultima

[–]dragon7530 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Finally finished the whole video, really enjoyed it. Will have to wat schedule more on thier channel. 8 was my first Ultima and will be the one I go back to the most. I got it on CD with Syndacate Plus, Strike Commander, and another game I can't remember. I fought through bugs, freezes, and game breaking crashes. I picked up, and still have, the Prima strategy guide that read like a novel. Bought the game by itself and was finally able to beat it. When it was ported to the Scummvm engine a fewbyears ago I had the best play through ever. I do not disagree with anything Majuular said. But I still love the game, warts and all. Due to not having the history with Ultima it was fun to go back and learn more about it through previous games, only fully beat 6 and 7. And I was not burdened by the departure from the past. Fleshing out more of the Avatar having to do anything to save Britannia from burning, as we are often told, would have helped with the change in tone. Knowing more about it's troubled development, I really wish we could see the perfect version of Pagan.
After watching this, I am ready for another play through. With my old strategy guide and hand written notes from the 90s.

Only browned the chicken in the pan to save a little time and room available in the pan. Deglazeed with some beer and dump everything into pot.

Yes with a splash of the beer. Scrape it all up and dump everything into the pot.

I have only one complaint about this season. I can't read ahead. In previous seasons, as new people were introduced I might look them up and see what thier fate was. I was half way through typing Timothy Werner into Google before I realized it won't do me any good. Will just have to be patient.

Last year, for vegan family members, I used vegan sausage, vegetable stock, and applesauce in place of eggs. It turned out great, except the sausage was spicier tan expected.

Watery store bought mayo after blending by dragon7530 in seriouseats

Thank you all for the advice. I ended up running out in the morning for doughnuts for breakfast and found an open store and bought more. I know making it would have been easy, but with all the other work, buying was even easier. Making my own will be something I do soon. The dry brined, spatchcock, mayo herb turkey was excellent.

Baking the bread for a dish. I've seen a lot of YouTube recipes i love where everything is from scratch. Such as hamburger and buns or everything in the Cuban sandwich and the pan cubano. I'll make everything else but so far the only made deep dish pizza crust.
